This home is much more than a rental—it's where our family comes to slow down, make memories, and enjoy time together. To help every guest enjoy the same wonderful experience, we simply ask that you keep the following in mind during your stay. A Home Designed for Families Our home is thoughtfully prepared before every arrival, and we ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own. A little kindness goes a long way in helping us keep it beautiful for future guests. Booking Your Stay The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and should be staying at the home for the duration of the reservation. Please ensure your reservation reflects the total number of guests joining you. This helps us prepare the home and comply with local occupancy requirements. We love hosting family vacations and peaceful getaways. To preserve that atmosphere, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Check-In & Departure We know vacation time is precious. Check-In: After 4:00 PM Check-Out: By 10:00 AM Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, though they depend on our cleaning schedule and cannot always be guaranteed. Bringing Your Four-Legged Family Members We know vacations are even better with your furry companions! Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with your reservation. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture whenever possible, are cleaned up after outdoors, and are not left unattended for extended periods. We are unable to accommodate cats or other pets. Caring for Our Home If something isn't quite right when you arrive—or if something unexpectedly happens during your stay—please let us know right away. We'd much rather have the opportunity to make it right than have you worry about it. From time to time, unexpected maintenance issues may arise. If that happens, we may need to arrange access for a licensed service professional. We'll always communicate with you first and work around your vacation plans whenever possible. Being a Great Neighbor One of the things guests love most about our area is its peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. Safety & Security For everyone's safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras that monitor outdoor entry points and parking areas. Your privacy is extremely important to us. There are never cameras inside the home or in any private guest spaces. Before You Leave We don't expect you to deep clean—that's our job! Before heading home, we simply ask that you: Lock all doors and windows. Place used towels in the designated area. Start the dishwasher if you've used it. Dispose of trash in the outdoor bins. Take one final look to make sure you haven't left any treasured belongings behind. Detailed checkout instructions will also be provided before your departure. Changes & Cancellations Life happens, and we understand that plans can change. Any cancellations or reservation changes will follow the cancellation policy selected through Airbnb at the time of booking.
